Refunds & Cancellation

Cancelling renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions. This policy applies to Lite ASO subscriptions and add-ons purchased through Paddle.

1. Stop future renewals

Open subscription settings and the Paddle billing portal, or use the management link in your Paddle confirmation email. You can also request cancellation at paddle.net. Check the effective date and confirmation. Cancellation generally leaves paid access available until the current billing period ends and prevents the next renewal. For the one-time 14-day free trial, cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. If you explicitly end the trial early, the base plan is charged immediately. A free trial is separate from any refund-request period after a paid transaction.

Logging out, disconnecting MCP, deleting an app, stopping use or requesting account deletion is not a reliable substitute for cancelling recurring billing. Cancel the subscription separately. Monthly or annual cancellation does not automatically create a partial-period refund.

2. Request a refund

Submit payment/refund requests through paddle.net. You may also contact [email protected] for product problems and help identifying an order. Include the purchase email, order reference, date and a brief description; never send full card details or passwords.

Paddle's Refund Policy governs its handling of the purchase, including discretionary requests submitted within 14 days of the transaction. A request within that period is not an unconditional money-back guarantee. Eligibility depends on the transaction, service use, applicable policy and statutory rights. Do not delay a statutory request while waiting for product support.

3. Withdrawal and service defects

Any mandatory withdrawal, defective-service and non-delivery rights remain available. Digital-service or digital-content exceptions depend on the applicable jurisdiction, type of supply, performance and any legally required express consent or acknowledgement. We do not claim that simply registering, accepting these product terms or receiving immediate access universally waives withdrawal rights.

If the paid service is not delivered or materially fails to match the order, report the problem promptly so it can be investigated and the applicable correction, replacement, reduction or refund remedy considered. Early-access status does not eliminate these protections.

4. Add-ons, promotional access and balances

Credit and capacity add-on refund requests are reviewed against the specific order, usage and applicable rights; neither all purchases nor all consumed credits are automatically refundable. A completed refund or chargeback can reverse the related credits or access. Promotional grants have no separate cash purchase value; expiry and paid-access requirements remain visible in your account.

5. Billing issues and support

For duplicate charges, unrecognized payments or access not applied after payment, contact Paddle at paddle.net and Lite ASO at [email protected] with the order reference. Approved refunds are returned through the payment process; timing depends on the payment method and provider. We do not guarantee a fixed bank-processing time.

This policy does not restrict a lawful complaint, chargeback or mandatory remedy. Paddle's current Buyer Terms and Refund Policy are linked below. Retain cancellation and refund confirmations for your records.
