1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Lite ASO, including the website at liteaso.com, the application, dashboard, APIs, MCP server, OAuth flows, and related services we provide for App Store Optimization ("Service").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Lite ASO is an ASO platform for Apple App Store and Google Play. Depending on your plan and enabled features, the Service may provide keyword tracking, competitor monitoring, metadata drafting, review management, reporting, alerts, store-connection features, and AI-assisted analysis through the dashboard or connected AI assistants.

The Service combines publicly available app-store information with the information you submit, such as tracked apps, keyword lists, metadata drafts, store credentials, and account preferences.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential, and remain responsible for activity under your account. You must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you satisfy this minimum-age requirement.

4. Customer Data and Third-Party Platforms

You retain responsibility for the apps, metadata, keywords, prompts, store credentials, and other data you submit to the Service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit and use that data with Lite ASO.

If you connect third-party platforms or assistants such as App Store Connect, Google Play Console, ChatGPT, Claude, or other MCP-compatible tools, your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Use the Service in a way that violates platform rules, intellectual property rights, or privacy rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service beyond its intended API
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use the Service to send spam, abusive content, or unlawful direct marketing
• Resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service except as expressly permitted by us in writing

6. Subscription, Trials, and Billing

Some parts of the Service may be offered for free, in beta, on trial, or on paid subscription plans. Pricing, feature limits, quotas, and plan descriptions may change over time.

• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled
• If you cancel, access generally continues until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise
• Trials and promotional offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe
• Unless required by law, partial-period refunds are not guaranteed

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and site content, belongs to Lite ASO or its licensors, except for third-party materials and the content you submit.

You retain ownership of your submitted content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and use that content only as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

8. Data Accuracy and Beta Features

The Service relies in part on public app-store data, platform responses, third-party services, and model-generated output. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data
• That keyword rankings or trends reflect real-time app store results
• That following our recommendations will improve rankings, downloads, or revenue
• That beta or experimental features will be error-free or continuously available

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security risk, used the Service unlawfully, or exposed us or other users to harm.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Account deletion or data deletion requests are handled under our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

10. Disclaimers and Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lite ASO is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

If the law allows a liability cap, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page and the "Last updated" date. Continued use after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
