Sales Agreement

The product provider is Nurşat Bülbül, operating under the Lite ASO brand in Türkiye; contact: [email protected]. The buyer is the person or business identified in the order. When purchasing through Paddle, Paddle acts as the merchant of record and authorized reseller; the applicable Paddle seller entity is identified by its Buyer Terms and your checkout/receipt.

Lite ASO supplies product access and support. Paddle handles the payment sale, collection, applicable transaction taxes, receipt and payment-related support under its own terms. This page is not a substitute for the order-specific checkout information or Paddle agreement.

Indie and Pro are the current base packages. Your selected plan, monthly or annual interval, allowances, quantities, add-ons, currency, applicable tax, total due now and renewal terms are shown before you pay. Review them carefully. Marketing comparisons do not override the order you confirm or mandatory rights.

Eligible new subscribers can activate one 14-day free trial of Indie or Pro by completing checkout with a payment method. The trial includes the selected plan’s full allowance and cannot repeat. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Paddle charges your selected monthly or annual plan at the amount and date shown at checkout. Annual billing is collected for the full year when the paid period begins. Registering alone does not activate a trial. Ending the trial early to switch to paid access requires explicit approval and charges the base plan immediately. Viewing pricing, creating an account or selecting a plan alone does not authorize a charge. Access begins after the verified trial or payment status is received.

The service is delivered electronically through your account; there is no physical shipment. Access and purchased allowances are applied after the relevant verified payment or trial status is received. A checkout return screen alone is not proof that payment has completed. Keep your account and order email accurate.

If a payment succeeds but access is missing or materially delayed, contact [email protected] with the order reference, without sending card credentials. We investigate and coordinate the appropriate correction or remedy with Paddle. Unpaid or failed payments can restrict access under the subscription state and applicable notice requirements.

Recurring packages renew on the interval confirmed in the order until cancelled. Annual subscriptions are paid upfront; their included AI and MCP credits still renew monthly under the package. Current billing status, renewal date and cancellation are available through subscription settings and the linked billing portal.

Plan or add-on changes can affect price, effective date, prorated amounts and allowances. Review the confirmation before approving a change; do not assume every change is immediate or every downgrade earns a refund. Price increases are subject to applicable advance notice and consent requirements. Completed orders are not retrospectively repriced simply because the public price changes.

AI and MCP credits are separate and cannot be exchanged for one another or redeemed as money. Included monthly credits do not accumulate unless expressly stated. Promotional grants have the expiry shown in the account. Chargeable tasks follow the displayed consumption and confirmation rules; variable work may cost different amounts.

Purchased AI/MCP credit add-ons currently have no expiry, but require an active eligible paid base subscription to use. Capacity add-ons increase the specified tracking capacity while entitled. Check each add-on's billing interval and eligibility. Cancelling the base package can prevent add-on use; refunds, chargebacks and billing corrections can remove associated grants or allowances.

Where the launch campaign is active and the order is eligible, the 30% reduction applies to the first paid month of a monthly Indie/Pro subscription or the first paid year of an annual subscription. Later renewals use the undiscounted renewal amount disclosed at checkout. It is not a permanent 30% reduction.

The offer excludes credit/capacity add-ons and cannot be combined with another discount, including an existing-user offer. No end date is announced. The campaign may be closed for future orders; an offer already confirmed in an order remains subject to that order. Checkout must show the reduction before confirmation—do not assume a code or banner guarantees eligibility.

Cancellation stops future subscription renewals and ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. It does not itself request a refund. Use the billing portal linked from subscription settings or your Paddle confirmation email, or contact paddle.net for payment support. Confirm the cancellation result.

Refund and statutory withdrawal requests follow the Refunds & Cancellation Policy and applicable Paddle terms. Immediate digital access does not, by itself, erase mandatory rights: any applicable exception requires its legal conditions and necessary express agreement. Early access does not remove remedies for a defective or undelivered service.

Applicable mandatory consumer rights, competent consumer authorities and courts remain available. Turkish law governs the Lite ASO product agreement to the extent permitted by mandatory applicable law; the separate Paddle buyer relationship follows its own terms. No provision here imposes a blanket no-refund policy or removes statutory remedies.
